High Intensity Interval Training

One of the biggest reasons why HIIT training as become so popular today because its one of the best ways to strip body fat. HIIT Involves spurts of high intensity exercise or all-out effort followed by a short rest and then another high intensity exercise. This could be anything from performing squats, pushups or running etc with short rest breaks in between. The major reason why HIIT works so well for dropping body fat is due to the greater calorie burn post exercise. As you increase your resting metabolism you continue to burn more calories long after the workout.

Note: These are quick cardio blasts to add at the end of a workout. If you are feeling fit combine multiple cardio blasts together.
